How much does CHAMBA charge for shipping? And do you ship to my country?
As a standard we only ship to addresses within the borders of Denmark. If you want us to ship abroad, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will try our best to find a solution.
The shipping charge will depend on the amount of items and weight of the parcel.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
From the time your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-5 days.
You can track your parcel via the link in your order confirmation.
Can you pack and ship my order today?
Every order placed before 12:30 will be shipped the same day on week days. Orders placed later than 12:30 might be shipped the same day, though we are not able to guarantee this. Orders placed during non-working hours (e.g. in the weekend or on bank holidays), will be shipped the next working day.
I would like to return my order – what do I do?
When placing orders at CHAMBA you always have 14 days of cancellation. Please let us know if you would like to return any item(s) by writing an email to email@example.com. When making a cancellation please be aware that you are to ship the goods back to CHAMBA within 14 days after the 14 days.
Note that you are only able to return items that have not been used.
Upon arrival my parcel was damaged, and my ceramics are broken. What do I do?
If your ceramics for some reason are broken upon arrival, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are the CHAMBA products food safe?
All CHAMBA products are 100% natural. Even the glazing is made from a special kind of clay. This makes all CHAMBA products non-reactive. All CHAMBA products are food safe.
How do I care for my CHAMBA ceramics?
You can dish wash you CHAMBA products, though we recommend that you wash your ceramics by hand using soft tools and small amounts of soap. As CHAMBA products are 100% natural it is important that the products get to dry before your store it away.
Note that the ceramics might break when exposed to sudden changes of temperature.
Note that CHAMBA products will patinate by usage and time.
Can I hire your products for a shoot?
We are pleased to lend out our products to shoots etc. However, we always reserve the right to say no depending on the project and circumstances.

Is the products dishwasher safe?
You can put the CHAMBA products in the dishwasher, though we do not recommend you to do so.
Note that when machine washing your CHAMBA products, the products will get a white coating on the surface the first couple of times. This coating can be wiped of and it will stop appearing by time.
We recommend that you wash your CHAMBA products by hand using a small amount of soap and soft tools.
My CHAMBA products gets marks from cutlery
The CHAMBA products will patinate by time. Wash, usage and cutlery will shape the colour of the product. The glaze will by time get marks, this is natural and inevitably. It only makes every item even more unique.
There are some irregularities in the ceramics I received
Because the CHAMBA ceramics are all handicraft made from natural materials there might be some irregularities in the glazing, colour and shape. These irregularities only emphasise the handicraft and makes every CHAMBA product unique.
